ED. CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING
ORDINANCE. BY AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4. APPROV-
ING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
REQUEST BY TROY MORRIS TO
ALLOW FOR A RESTAURANT, ICE
CREAM SHOP, AND SIGN SHOP
IN A FORMER FUNERAL HOME IN
THE "S-1"SHOPPING CENTER DIS-
TRICT LOCATED AT 3146 KIMBALL
AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO. IOWA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION
The zoning ordinance of the City of
Waterloo. Iowa. known as Ordinance
