RESOLUTION NO. 2012-908
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AMENT, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 10,
2012, in an amount not to exceed $102,800.00, for updating the
design plans and construction related services in conjunction
with the F.Y. 2013 Virden Creek Tributary Drainage Improvements,
Contract No. 840, by and between Ament, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 2012.
