RESOLUTION APPROVING
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
CITY LIQUOR & TOBACCO
DIRECTING EXECUTION t

WITH HIH, LLC, D/B/A
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
)F SAID AGREEMENT BY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Alcohol Licensing Settlement Agreement dated
September 10, 2012, for HIH, LLC, d/b/a/ City Liquor & Tobacco to
permanently close the drive-thru window located on the premises
at 200 Broadway Street within forty-five (45) days of the date
the Agreement is signed by the City, and the City will recommend
a dismissal of the citation issued on March 1, 2012 for unlawful
alcohol sales via a drive -up window, by and between HIH, LLC,
d/b/a/ City Liquor & Tobacco of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 2012.
