The following is a revision to the EN COMMUNICATIONS CONTRACT - CITY OF WATERLOO
IA — PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, CONSTRUCTION
INSPECTION AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES 2025:
o Due to long lead times with USACE permits for one (1) underground levee
crossing in Task Order 09, the City requested to change the design and avoid the
levee crossing along East Mitchell Avenue and re-route fiber south on Sheffield
Avenue and east on Easton Avenue back north onto East Mitchell Avenue.
o This Addendum has been created to account for labor towards the re -engineering
of the Backbone design/splicing schematics and updating the Bill of Materials
(BoM) associated with the new fiber route. It does not include any construction
labor or material costs associated with the update BoM.
o The following labor pricing is net new costs to the project:
