RESOLUTION NO. 2012-920
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH SKYVIEW, L.C. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated September 17, 2012,
to place a sanitary sewer line in the East San Marnan Drive
right-of-way between Penneys Street and Sears Street to serve a
proposed Panda Express near Penneys Street, by and between
Skyview, L.C. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 2012.
