RESOLUTION NO. 2012-922
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 17,
2012, at a cost not to exceed $55,000.00, for review of the 61
bridges and culverts for which Structure Inventory and Appraisal
(SI&A) forms are required to be submitted to the Iowa DOT by the
City of Waterloo in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Biennial
Bridge Inspections, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 2012.
