RESOLUTION APPROVING
IRON AND METALS OF
DIRECTING EXECUTION
MAYOR.
CONTRACT WITH A -LINE
WATERLOO, IOWA AND
OF SAID CONTRACT BY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated September 17, 2012, for a one-year
extension of the current Contract, valid for the period
October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013, to provide scrap
metal collection and hauling service for several City Departments
for a price of $180.60 per gross ton, by and between A -Line Iron
and Metals of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
