RESOLUTION NO. 2012-928
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH ASPRO, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REHABILITATION OF TAXIWAY E AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,083,425.25, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the Rehabilitation of Taxiway E at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
in the amount of $1,083,425.25, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 17th day
of September, 2012, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said Contract signed by North American
Specialty Insurance Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 2012.
