RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MIDWEST
AUTOMATED TIME SYSTEMS, INC. OF DAVENPORT,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 17, 2012, at a cost not to
exceed $53,691.00, to upgrade the time clock system, by and
between Midwest Automated Time Systems, Inc. of Davenport, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved.
