RESOLUTION NO. 2025-666
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY APPLICATION NO. 7 IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1,494.40 AND APPROVING THE
COMPLETION OF PROJECT AND RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR WORK PERFORMED BY
PETERS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO PUBLIC
MARKET RENOVATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. has completed the work associated with Waterloo
Public Market Renovation Project, as per the contract specifications with the City of Waterloo,
Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. has submitted Pay Application No. 7 in the
amount of $1,494.40.
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector has inspected the project and recommends approval
of completion and acceptance of the work in accordance with the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final contract amount for the Project is $29,888.00; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The completion of the project by Peterson Contractors, Inc., in the amount of
$29,888.00 for the work associated with the Waterloo Public Market Renovation Project, is
hereby approved.
2. Pay Application No. 7, in the amount of $1,494.40 is hereby approved.
3. The work is accepted as meeting the required standards and specifications set forth in
the contract.
