RESOLUTION NO. 2025-680
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 10, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,502.50, WITH EN COMMUNICATIONS, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2023 CONSTRUCTION OF A
FIBER -TO -THE -PREMISE FEEDER/DISTRIBUTION AND
BACKBONE NETWORK PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1088,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo entered into Contract No. 1088 with EN
Communications for the FY 2023 Construction of a Fiber -to -the -Premise (FTTP)
Feeder/Distribution and Backbone Network Project; and
WHEREAS, City staff and the Contractor have prepared Addendum No. 10 to address
necessary scope clarifications and/or quantity adjustments and related work required for the
orderly completion of the Project; and
WHEREAS, Addendum No. 10 increases the contract amount $1,502.50 and sets forth
any associated modifications to the work, schedule, or technical details as specified therein; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed Addendum No. 10 and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Addendum No. 10 to Contract No. 1088 with EN Communications, in the amount of
$1,502.50 is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
