RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENTS
FOR PARCEL NUMBERS 8913-13-328-008, 8913-23-
203-004, 8913-21-351-014 AND 8813-05-228-006
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessments be and the same are hereby
abated:
Parcel No. 8813-13-328-008 (1213 Manson Street
Mansons Third Addition Lot 8 Block 2 except South 100
feet, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Weed Assessment - $380.00
Parcel No. 8913-23-203-004 (521-523 Conger Street)
Ricker and Bratnober Land Co Addition Lot 7 Block 5,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Weed Assessment - $100.00
Parcel No. 8913-21-351-014 (1110 Scott Avenue
Alabar Hills Second Lot 8, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Weed Assessment - $250.00
Parcel No. 8813-05-228-006 (3335 Monticello Avenue
West Ridge Third Addition Lot 26, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Weed Assessment - $415.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 2012.
