RESOLUTION NO. 2012-943
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012
CIP SEWER LINING WEST AIRLINE HIGHWAY,
CONTRACT NO. 834.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2012 CIP Sewer Lining West Airline Highway, Contract No.
834, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y.
2012 CIP Sewer Lining West Airline Highway, Contract No. 834,
which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-899 on
September 4, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,
September 24, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed
contract, estimate of cost, etc.
2012 CIP Sewer Lining West Airline
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
