RESOLUTION NO. 2012-945
RESOLUTION APPROVING FY2012 AMENDED
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BY
HUMAN RIGHTS DIRECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY2012 Amended Cooperative Agreement dated September 24,
2012, in the amount of $38,247.00, reflecting an increase of
$4,000.00 received for the City of Waterloo Fair Housing
Assistance Program, due to an increase in administrative costs
for performance of work completed July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012,
by and between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Human Rights Director authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 2012.
