RESOLUTION NO. 2012-948
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AGREEMENT #13-HEZ-005 WITH IOWA
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement #13-HEZ-005
dated September 24, 2012, for Enterprise Zone Waterloo EZ -8 in
conjunction with the development of 4 homes at the former Lincoln
School site, and the development 2 homes in the Madison and
Monroe area (block of the former Francis Grout School), by and
between Iowa Economic Development Authority, Black Hawk
Contracting & Development, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 2012.
