RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO KEITH BEYER,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00, FOR PARCEL NO.
8913-25-279-015, FOR PAYMENT OF PARTIAL LAND
INTEREST AT THE NEW FOOD BANK SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that payment to Keith Beyer in the amount of $500.00, for Parcel
No. 8913-25-279-015, for payment of partial land interest at the
new Food Bank site, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 2012.
