TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held on the
1 st day of December 2025, at 5:30
p.m. in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
to approve a request by Luke and
Megan Finley to rezone approximate-
ly 1.18 acres from "A-1" Agricultural
District to 'R-1" One and Two Family
Residence District located east of 930
East Orange Road , legally described
as follows:
The South 200 feet of the North 436
feet of the East 335 feet of the North-
east 14 of the Northeast 4 of Section
22, TSSN, R13W, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
