RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
FOR PARCEL NUMBER 8913-26-184-010 IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
Parcel No. 8913-26-184-010 (928 West 2nd Street)
Whitneys Subdivision Southwest 24 feet Lot 6 Block 9
Northeast 16 feet Southeast 100 feet Lot 7 Block 9, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Sidewalk Repair Assessment - $259.53
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 2013.
