RESOLUTION NO. 2013-229
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated April 1, 2013, at a
cost not to exceed $15,000.00, for design and bidding services
for the Waterloo Easton Water Pollution Control Facility
Miscellaneous Equipment and Piping Replacements, by and between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of April, 2013.
