RESOLUTION NO. 2013-230
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO VERMEER OF EASTERN IOWA OF TIPTON,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE
(1) 2013 STUMP CUTTER, WITH TRADE-IN
ALLOWANCE OF $20,000.00, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$29,250.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Vermeer of Eastern Iowa of Tipton, Iowa,
with trade-in allowance of $20,000.00, in the amount of
$29,250.00, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2013
Stump Cutter described in the specifications heretofore adopted
by this Council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2013-208,
after public hearing on March 25, 2013 on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of April, 2013.
