RESOLUTION NO. 2013-231
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated April 1, 2013, in the
amount of $17,600.00, for the bidding, acquisition and
installation of outdoor fitness equipment at Fergerson-Fields
Park, by and between Black Hawk County Health Department and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15t day of April, 2013.
