RESOLUTION NO. 2013-232
RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE OF IOWA GRADE
CROSSING SURFACE REPAIR FORCE ACCOUNT
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY
AND IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the State of Iowa Grade Crossing Surface Repair Force
Account Agreement dated April 1, 2013, at an estimated cost of
$59,334.00, with the city's estimated share of $12,467.00, for
the installation of a 45 -lineal foot concrete surface crossing at
the West 8th Street railroad crossing, by and between Iowa
Northern Railway Company, Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of April, 2013.
