NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the
15th day of December 2025, at 5:30
p.m., in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing will
be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale and con-
veyance of approximately 4.22 acres
of city -owned property, located east of
4050 Leversee Road: in the amount
of $1.00, to RNK Investments. LLC,
including a Phased Development and
Minimum Assessment Agreement: for
the construction of a 12:000 square
foot commercial building; and a future
12,000 square foot expansion, with an
approximate value of $1,500,000.00,
located southeast of 180 Warp Drive,
legally described as follows:
Lots 27, 28 and 29 of Waterloo Air
and Rail Park 4th Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo: Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
