SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the
15th day of December 2025: at 5:30
p.m. in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
a public hearing will be held by the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
for a Site Plan Amendment by RNK
Investments. LLC, for the construction
of a 12,000 square foot commercial
building: and a future 12,000 square
foot expansion, located in the "M-2, P"
Planned Industrial District located
northeast of 4050 Leversee Road. le-
gally described as follows
Lots 27. 28 and 2g of Waterloo Air
and Rail Park 4th Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be Heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo: Iowa.
