RESOLUTION NO. 2013-242
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY
TELEPHONE REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
heretofore instructed the Director of Technology of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the City Telephone
Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Technology did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the City Telephone Replacement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the City
Telephone Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of April, 2013.
