ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING
A REQUEST BY ROBSON HOMES
FOR A REZONE OF APPROXI-
MATELY 37.07 ACRES FROM "R-3"
MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT
TO "R-3, R-P' PLANNED MULTIPLE
RESIDENCE DISTRICT LOCATED
EAST OF OMAHA AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO. IOWA AS FOLLOWS: That the
request by Robson Homes to amend
the official zoning map referred to in
section 10-4-4 to rezone approxi-
