RESOLUTION NO. 2025-706
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT -OF -ENTRY
AGREEMENT WITH RNK INVESTMENTS, LLC, TO ENTER
ONTO CITY -OWNED PROPERTY TO BEGIN
CONSTRUCTION OF A 12,000 SQUARE FOOT
COMMERCIAL BUILDING AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, RNK Investments, LLC, seeks to construct a 12,000 square foot commercial
building; and
WHEREAS, RNK Investments, LLC, requires access to city -owned property to begin
said construction; and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo deems it beneficial to approve a Right -of -Entry
Agreement to facilitate this development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
1.The Right -of -Entry Agreement with RNK Investments, LLC, is hereby approved,
allowing entry onto city -owned property for the purpose of constructing a 12,000 square -foot
commercial building.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
