RESOLUTION NO. 2025-690
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS AT 1900 W. RIDGEWAY AVENUE, FROM
CASEY'S GENERAL STORE.
WHEREAS, Casey's General Store has completed storm sewer improvements to 1900 W.
Ridgeway Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the improvements have been inspected and deemed to meet the City's
engineering and safety standards; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to formally accept these improvements
to incorporate them into the municipal infrastructure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The storm sewer improvements at 1900 W. Ridgeway Avenue, completed by Casey's
General Store, are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December 2025.
