RESOLUTION NO. 2025-691
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF AN
APPLICATION FOR THE CATTLE CONGRESS LIFT
STATION STATE REVOLVING FUND LOAN AND
AUTHORIZING THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/TREATMENT
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT
SERVICES TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, seeks to apply for funding through the State
Revolving Fund Loan for improvements to the Cattle Congress Lift Station; and
WHEREAS, the loan will support necessary upgrades and improvements to enhance
wastewater management services; and
WHEREAS, authority is required to submit the application and execute related
documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The submission of an application for the Cattle Congress Lift Station State Revolving
Fund Loan is hereby approved.
2. The Assistant Director/Treatment Operations Supervisor for Waste Management
Services is authorized to execute the application and any related documents.
