RESOLUTION NO. 2025-697
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT,
LLC, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED MARCH 17, 2025, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $81,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2026 KATOSKI DRIVE AND HUNTINGTON
ROAD RECONSTRUCTION, CONTRACT NO. 1123, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has an ongoing project for the FY 2026 Katoski Drive
and Huntington Road Reconstruction, Contract No. 1123; and
WHEREAS, Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC entered into an original
Professional Services Agreement on March 17, 2025, to provide services for this project; and
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 2, in an amount not to exceed $81,000.00, is
required to continue the professional services for the project's effective completion; and
WHEREAS, securing these additional services is deemed beneficial for the project's
scope and timeline.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC, not to
exceed $81,000.00, related to the Katoski Drive and Huntington Road Reconstruction, Contract
No. 1123, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
