RESOLUTION NO. 2013-245
RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENTS
FOR PARCEL NUMBERS 8913-24-204-008 AND 8913-
24-204-009 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessments be and the same are hereby
abated:
Parcel No. 8913-24-204-008 (702 North Barclay Street)
Peeks Addition Lot 5 Block 2, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Sewer Arrears Assessment - $66.12
Storm Water Arrears - $17.32
Snow Removal Assessment - $241.00
Lot Clearing Assessment - $247.50
Total Assessments - $571.94
Parcel No. 8913-24-204-009
Peeks Addition Lot 4 Block 2, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Weed Removal Assessment - $182.50
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2013.
