RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM JOANN
LOCKARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Joann Lockard to burn approximately 5 acres of prairie grass
located behind Baird Industries on Logan Avenue on April 15,
2013, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2013.
