RESOLUTION NO. 2013-256
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK CONTRACTING AND DEVELOPMENT,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated April 8, 2013, for the sale
and conveyance of a portion of city -owned property along Madison
Street and Monroe Street at their intersections with Idaho Street
for $1.00, plus costs, for the purpose of constructing up to six
(6) single-family homes, by and between Black Hawk Contracting
and Development, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2013.
