RESOLUTION NO. 2013-258
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOME INVESTMENT
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM CONSORTIUM COOPERATION
AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Home Investment Partnership Program Consortium
Cooperation Agreement dated April 8, 2013, for approximately
$150,000.00 of Federal HOME Program funds per year from July 1,
2014 to June 30, 2017, with a $50,000.00 allocation per year to
the City of Cedar Falls, by and between the City of Cedar Falls,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day o April, 2013.
