RESOLUTION NO. 2025-710
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
CERTIFY AGAINST PROPERTY LOCATED AT 508 HOPE
AVENUE, WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$6,015.03, FOR UNPAID SEWER, STORM WATER, AND
GARBAGE FEES.
WHEREAS the property located at 508 Hope Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa, has accumulated
unpaid fees for Sewer, Storm Water, and Garbage services; and
WHEREAS, the total amount of unpaid fees has reached $6,015.03; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to collect these debts and certify the unpaid
amount to the County Treasurer to be collected in the same manner as property taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to the County Treasurer,
Black Hawk County, the unpaid fees for Sewer, Storm Water, and Garbage fees incurred by the
property owner, in the amount of $6,015.03, against the property located at 508 Hope Avenue,
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15`h day of December 2025.
