RESOLUTION NO. 2025-718
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 570
WEST SHAULIS ROAD, TO WAHAWK POWER, LLC, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo owns property located north of 570 West Shaulis
Road; and
WHEREAS, Wahawk Power, LLC, has agreed to purchase this property for the nominal
amount of $1.00; and
WHEREAS, the sale of this property supports community development and the strategic
initiatives of the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The sale and conveyance of the city -owned property located north of 570 West Shaulis
Road to Wahawk Power, LLC, for $1.00 is hereby authorized.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
