RESOLUTION NO. 2025-720
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF
180 WARP DRIVE, TO RNK INVESTMENTS, LLC, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1 .00 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, owns certain real property located southeast of
180 Warp Drive; and
WHEREAS, RNK Investments, LLC, has expressed interest in purchasing the said
property to further its development plans, thereby contributing to the city's growth and economic
development; and
WHEREAS, the proposed sale price for the property is One Dollar ($1.00), deemed to be
in the public interest as it furthers the city's strategic objectives; and
WHEREAS, the sale of this property supports community development and the strategic
initiatives of the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The sale and conveyance of the city-owned property located southeast of 180 Warp
Drive to RNK Investments, LLC, for the amount of One Dollar ($1.00) is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December 2025.
