RESOLUTION NO. 2025-724
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 8 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $150,000.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PLANNING AND ENGINEERING
SERVICES AGREEMENT ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON
SEPTEMBER 8, 2015, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, originally executed a Planning and Engineering
Services Agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. on September 8, 2015; and
WHEREAS, continued infrastructure and development projects necessitate additional
planning and engineering services; and
WHEREAS, AECOM Technical Services, Inc., has proposed Supplemental Agreement
No. 8 in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) to meet these needs;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed supplemental agreement is consistent with the City's strategic
objectives and has been reviewed for compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The supplemental agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., in the amount of
$150,000.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
