The zoning ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, is hereby amended by changing the zoning designation on the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, regarding the following described property: LOTS 27, 28 AND 29 OF WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 4TH ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,IOWA. for the purpose of constructing a 12,000 square foot commercial building, and a future 12,000 square foot expansion. SECTION 2. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Ordinance, the City Council does hereby approve the site plan amendment request by RNK Investments, LLC, to construct a 12,000 square foot commercial building, and a future 12,000 square foot expansion.
