RESOLUTION NO. 2025-732
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DHANI RE
INVESTMENTS, LLC, ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON JULY 7,
2025, REGARDING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 512 NORTH
BARCLAY, TO CHANGE THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE
PROPERTY FROM $15,000.00 TO $5,000.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, previously approved a Deve ment Agreement
with Dhani RE Investments, LLC, on July 7, 2025, regardingregardinglihe property located 512 North
Barclay; and
WHEREAS, an amendment is necessary to
