RESOLUTION NO. 2013-267
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS CONSULTANTS OF OAKTON,
VIRGINIA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated April 8, 2013, at a cost of $48,000.00,
for writing, preparation, and submittal of Office of Community
Services (OCS) and Economic Development Administration (EDA)
grants for development and capital improvement projects, by and
between Government Relations Consultants of Oakton, Virginia and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2013.
