RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE PROPOSED FUNDING
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME PROGRAM FUNDS FOR
THE FY2014 WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS HOME
CONSORTIUM CONSOLIDATED PLAN APPLICATION, AS
APRIL 22, 2013, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of April, 2013, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon proposed funding
recommendations for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and
HOME Program Funds for the FY2014 Waterloo/Cedar Falls Home
Consortium Consolidated Plan application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2013.
