THE SAN MARNAN URBAN RE-
NEWAL AND REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN AREA TAX INCREMENT FI-
NANCING DISTRICT IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO TO REMOVE CER-
TAIN LANDS THEREFROM
This is a summary of the ordinance
approving an amendment of the San
Nieman Urban Renewal and Rede-
velopment Plan Area Tax Increment
Financing District ("TIF District") in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa (referred to be-
low as the "Ordinance"),
The general purpose of this Ordi-
nance is to amend the TIF District
to remove multiple areas from the
existing TIF District, which has been
determined to be an economic devel-
opment TIF district in which the City
may provide financial incentives for
development within the TIF District
boundaries as provided in Chapter
403 of the Code of Iowa. The urban
renewal plan pertaining to the TIF
District, as amended. is on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, 715 Mulberry Street. Water-
loo, Iowa 50703.
The Ordinance designates the follow-
ing land for removal from the amend-
ed TIF District area:
Lot 9 of San Marnan Business Park
First Addition.
The above is only a summary of the
Ordinance and not the complete text
of the Ordinance. Questions should be

ner. The Ordinance may be inspected
in its entirety at the office of the City
Clerk or the City Planner. 715 Mulber-

upon publication of this summary.
