RESOLUTION NO. 2013-286
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2013 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-285, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2013
Right -of -Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
April 15, 2013 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2013.
