RESOLUTION NO. 2013-287
RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-YEAR RENTAL
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO IMPLEMENT, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the One -Year Rental Agreement dated April 15, 2013, in the
amount of $6,950.00, for a 72" deck mount mower and 20' rotary
cutter for the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between Waterloo
Implement, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2013.
