RESOLUTION NO. 2013-296
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY
TELEPHONE REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Technology of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
for the City Telephone Replacement Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Technology did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for
the City Telephone Replacement Project, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2013-242 on April 1, 2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
April 22, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the City Telephone Replacement Project, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 2013.
