PROXIMATELY 0.33 ACRES FROM
"C-1. C-Z' CONDITIONAL ZONING
DISTRICT TO "R-2" ONE AND TWO
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT LO-
CATED AT 541 ALBANY STREET,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
