TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROV-
ING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
REQUEST BY RNK INVESTMENTS,
LLC, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A 12,000-SQUARE-FOOT COMMER-
CIAL BUILDING, AND A FUTURE
12,000-SQUARE-FOOT EXPAN-
SION, LOCATED IN THE `B-P" BUSI-
NESS PARK DISTRICT LOCATED
NORTHEAST OF 4050 LEVERSEE
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: That the
request the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
known as Ordinance No, 5079, as
amended, Is hereby amended by
changing the zoning designation on
the Official Zoning ap referred to In
Section 10-4-4, regarding the follow-
