RESOLUTION NO. 2013-299
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA HEARTLAND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated April 22, 2013, for the sale
and conveyance of city -owned property located at 332 Irving
Street for $1.00, plus costs, for the construction of a new home,
by and between Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 2013.
