RESOLUTION NO. 2013-301
RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, FOR
UNITED MEDICAL PARK ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, for United
Medical Park Addition, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 2013.

RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS
HOME CONSORTIUM FY2014 ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN
FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND
HOME PROGRAM FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION
OF SAME TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Home Consortium FY2014 One -Year
Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant and HOME
Program Funds, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to submit same to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
